At Four Points Land Surveying, we sit down with you, review your needs and determine exactly what you expect and what your plans are. We will help you as you see fit. We can attend meetings with you or in your place, prepare the forms for any permitting needed for your project and can prepare the necessary exhibits to go along with those permits. We prepare rezoning and zoning variance requests, annexation requests, subdivision requests, preliminary layouts, descriptions for property rezoning and annexations and drawings for those items.
